Return Policy

Thanks for shopping with Altitude Autowerks, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so we can help.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us via email within 7 calendar days of delivery.  Items must be unused and in new condition.  Items must be returned in the original packaging.  To make the process faster be sure to include a copy of the sale receipt with the return.  You will be responsible for return shipping costs for your item. If you paid shipping on the original sale, shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Refunds
Once the items are received you will be notified they were received.  We will inspect the items and notify you the status of your refund after inspection.  If a refund is approved, a restocking fee of up to 20% will be applied and a refund will be sent to the original form of payment.  You will be notified once the refund is processed in our system.

Refunds for either returns or canceled items are processed, please allow a reasonable amount of time for funds to transfer back (generally around 2-7 business days). Some credit cards may require longer.
